Role overview
Create short videos in which you appear on camera and demonstrate real websites, apps, and digital products. You will turn a product brief into a clear story: a relevant problem, a strong opening, an understandable demonstration, and a useful next step. The work combines natural presentation, real screen recordings, and practical editing so viewers can see what the product actually does.
What success looks like in this role
- The opening makes the product's relevance clear quickly and gives the viewer a concrete reason to keep watching.
- Each video develops one understandable idea through a problem, a real demonstration, and a clear payoff or next step.
- Screen recordings and spoken claims match the current product, with no invented results, testimonials, or features.
- Your delivery feels natural, speech is easy to hear, and important screens and text remain readable in a vertical frame.
- A batch contains distinct creative angles, organized assets, and the requested exports, with feedback incorporated into the final delivery.
Role requirements
- Comfort appearing on camera and explaining a digital product in plain language with clear speech and a natural delivery.
- Ability to explore a website or app, understand its intended user, and demonstrate its real workflow accurately.
- Practical filming skills: steady vertical framing, usable lighting, clean voice recording, and readable screen captures.
- Basic short-video editing skills, including trimming, captions, screen inserts, and balancing speech with background audio.
- A portfolio or sample videos showing your presentation and product storytelling. Personal demonstrations are welcome as evidence.
Key responsibilities
- Explore the assigned product and brief, identify a relevant user problem, and confirm which features and claims can be demonstrated.
- Develop concise outlines with distinct hooks, a real product demonstration, and a clear ending that fits the brief.
- Record on-camera takes and actual website or app footage, keeping personal information and unapproved material out of the capture.
- Edit vertical videos with readable captions, clean audio, and framing that keeps important information clear of platform overlays.
- Review feedback, refine the requested takes or edits, and organize and deliver the agreed batch of ten videos and its supporting assets.
